A refundable deposit is required on all event
reservations. Under 25 Guests – $500, 26-40 Guests –
$750, 41-55 Guests – $1,000, and 56-75 Guests –
$1,250. If no damages or contract violations are
found, this deposit will be refunded within 72 hours
after your stay.
They each seat eight people comfortably.

The set up will be early morning on the day of the event.
In the event of poor weather, we do not offer a
refund, but we are happy to move the event date to
another day during your stay. Or, if you’d like to
return and do the event at a separate time, we will
credit the event fees to another future date.
Free cancelation up to 60 days prior to the event
date. 50% refund when canceled between 59 -31 days
prior to the event. No refunds within 30 days of the
event.
