Includes round or optional rectangle wood tables and
chairs, dance floor, PA system, mobile bar, arch

and 3 banquet serving tables.

FAQ

Can I book the venue without lodging? No. Currently, we require a two-night minimum
when reserving for event purposes.

What is the deposit?

A refundable deposit is required on all event
reservations. Under 25 Guests – $500, 26-40 Guests –
$750, 41-55 Guests – $1,000, and 56-75 Guests –
$1,250. If no damages or contract violations are
found, this deposit will be refunded within 72 hours
after your stay.

How many people do the tables seat?

They each seat eight people comfortably.

How big is the dance floor?

It is 18′ X 18′

FAQ

When will the amenity setup occur? The set up will be early morning on the day of the
event.

What is the bad weather policy?

In the event of poor weather, we do not offer a
refund, but we are happy to move the event date to
another day during your stay. Or, if you’d like to
return and do the event at a separate time, we will
credit the event fees to another future date.

What is the cancelation policy?

Free cancelation up to 60 days prior to the event
date. 50% refund when canceled between 59 -31 days
prior to the event. No refunds within 30 days of the
event.
